41-43 Wallis Ave in Jersey City, NJ was secured off market and well below replacement cost with a long term hold strategy in mind. As units turned over they were renovated, converting 1 bedroom units into more desireable 2 bedrooms. This optimization approach allowed for space to be maximized thus increasing overall revenue of the asset.
113-115 Oak St - phase 1
Phase 1 of Oak St. 113–115 consists of two stacked luxury duplexes within a three-story residence, with the upper unit featuring a spacious rooftop terrace. The project includes the excavation of the basement to transform the unfinished level into livable space, as well as a large rear addition that expands both the footprint and vertical profile of the original structure. This expansion can be seen in the yellow-marked section at the back and top of the building.
